'Walalaland' — Camille Walala, WantedDesign & Industry City
French street artist Camille Walala’s biggest art work to date is a 130 foot high mural, commissioned by WantedDesign. The Memphis-inspired piece lives on a seven-story building in Brooklyn’s post-industrial complex Industry City. Saturated followed the artist throughout the project, documenting — for the first time — her inspiration, her references, her methodology and her ultimate goal: achieving the Walalaland, a city where all the buildings would be bright and colorful.
